Project Overview

The Smart Waste Management System is an initiative aimed to convert 'waste to wealth' so as to trek towards the path of sustainable green development, circular economy and clean & green Jalpaiguri. The project is developed for the Jalpaiguri Municipality Corporation with the vision to transform the traditional waste management system into a modern, efficient, and sustainable one. The system enables citizens to report waste-related issues, track waste collection, and receive timely updates. It also provides municipality officials with real-time data on waste generation, collection, and disposal, enabling them to make informed decisions and optimize operations. The platform integrates IoT devices, mobile applications, and web-based dashboards to create a seamless waste management ecosystem.
